How can we claim that?
People may ask what's the secret ingredient for such an amazing taste, but the truth is that there are actually TWO secret ingredients in the preparation.
Our ingredients are fresh and well selected, and our dishes are expertly prepared by a culinary artist, but these are not secrets.
The real first secret is in a chef that truly loves cooking, who has a passion for sharing what he loves with his guests, and who gladly teaches his craft to his trusted team.
The second secret is that our chef has a genuine desire to give the people the tastes that THEY like. By observing people's reactions to his food, from his open kitchen, and coming out to greet his guests, he's not looking for compliments, but instead for how he can further improve his dishes to better fulfill his guests' tastes.
I try to create and adapt what people like to authentic Vietnamese food. The way people like their food to taste, I make it that way.
When I see my guests' reaction to their food, when I see them enjoy it, I know it is good.

Just tried this place for the first time. Some of the best Pho we have ever had. The owner is really nice and incredibly humble. Don’t know if I’ve ever been to another place that serves pho and not only can you see them in the kitchen but you get to speak to the owner that is passionate about his business. Amazing taste!
Amazing taste of Pho and roll!! I believe they didn’t add any artificial ingredients when they make the broth for the noodle. The quality of shrimp was fantastic. The wonderful thing I love is they have open kitchen. Besides, the kitchen looks very clean. I felt very comfortable I can bring my kiddos.

Me and my girlfriend go here all the time. The Pho is the best in Salt Lake, along with their fried rice dishes and desserts. The service is great and the owner really cares about the quality of the food and the dining experience. He even knows us by name! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone that wants to enjoy a fantastic meal.
